The Solution


With more and more Americans facing weight and nutrition issues, an understanding and motivational expert becomes a useful tool in transforming your life. Mary Beth Knight, a personal trainer and national spokesperson, delivers life changing results to each of her clients using her own experiences that inspired her to become fit at the age of 30.

The brand concept for Mary Beth was to tell her story by positioning her as an approachable, genuine trainer and business owner. The logo was done in lowercase letters to further emphasize a non-aggresive environment, while the violet brand colors help to convey a friendly and sophisticated interaction between the trainer and client.
